One week ago...
One week ago I decided to do something a little crazy. I don't know if a sane person gets onto a plane flies half way around the world. On top of that, I didn't know anyone in Korea, and I didn't have a clue about Korean culture or language.
But what a week it has been. The friends I have met, the food have eaten, the times that I have had have simply been amazing....AND ITS ONLY WEEK ONE!

First Day of Class...
And boy was it a long one. But while long, I am really excited about the subjects that I am enrolled in. By far the best class/professor was Korean Economy and the Globalizing World. The professor was engaging and this seems like a class that I am really going to enjoy. That is all for now. Peace

Ok Sorry...I AM IN KOREA!
To start this post off...if I had one word to describe Korea so far, it would be AMAZING. That is not cliché, just the truth. I arrived in Seoul on Saturday and it has been a non-stop adventure since. The best thing so far has been the food. I think I have tried so many new foods and drinks in the last four days to last a life time. Above is a before and after picture of my lunch yesterday.

Peace Out!!!
This will be my last post in America for a while. Sitting in O'Hare International Airport waiting for my 13.5 hour flight to Seoul. I am so pumped and ready to explore the east. I hope this truly will be a life changing experience. I want to emerge myself into another culture and see how I come out.
